We want you to buy Meanshot only once you know it works for you — which is why there is a free trial before any purchase.
1. Try before you buy
Meanshot offers a 14-day full-Pro free trial, no card required. Please evaluate the app during the trial to make sure it fits your needs.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you purchase a license and are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
3. EU/EEA right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU/EEA have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Because Meanshot is digital content supplied with a free trial, you may be asked at checkout to consent to immediate provision and to acknowledge that this withdrawal right lapses once you activate a paid license with that consent. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
4. How to request a refund
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record). To request a refund, reply to your Lemon Squeezy order receipt, or email legetdev@gmail.com with your order ID. Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method.
5. Exceptions
We may decline refunds in cases of evident abuse or fraud (for example, repeated buy-and-refund cycles, or refunds requested long after purchase outside the period above).
