Refund Policy

Meanshot Pro is currently free to activate for one Mac. No payment or card is required, and paid checkout is unavailable. Your launch licence remains permanent after the free offer ends.

1. The current free launch

This launch has no time-limited trial and no charge to refund. The provisions below describe future paid purchases; they do not limit your mandatory rights. See the License Agreement for activation, recovery and hardware replacement terms.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

Once paid sales are enabled, if you purchase a license and are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. This voluntary promise does not reduce any statutory rights. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

3. EU/EEA right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU/EEA have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (§ 355 BGB). For digital content, that right lapses before the withdrawal period ends only when the requirements of § 356(6) BGB are met: (1) provision has begun, (2) you expressly consented to provision beginning before the withdrawal period ends, (3) you confirmed your knowledge that this causes the withdrawal right to expire, and (4) we, via our merchant of record, provided the contract confirmation required by § 312f BGB. Until then, the right of withdrawal continues to apply. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

4. How to request a refund

Once sales are enabled, purchases will be processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. To request a refund, reply to the order receipt, or email legetdev@gmail.com with your order ID. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

5. Exceptions

We may decline refunds in cases of evident abuse or fraud (for example, repeated buy-and-refund cycles, or refunds requested long after purchase outside the period above).
