These terms govern your use of the meanshot.app website. Your use of the Meanshot application is governed separately by the End User License Agreement.

1. Use of the site

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You may not misuse it, attempt to disrupt or attack it, scrape it abusively, or use it in any way that could damage or impair it.

2. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, design, graphics, logos, and the Meanshot name and mark — is owned by Bent Eisheuer or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.

3. Purchases

Paid sales are not currently enabled. Once they are, the checkout will identify the seller, total price, payment terms, and applicable consumer information before an order is placed. License terms are set out in the EULA; refunds in the Refund Policy.

4. Third-party links

This site may link to third-party sites we do not control and are not responsible for. Following such links is at your own risk.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but temporary interruptions can occur. This does not limit any rights or remedies that applicable law gives you.

6. Liability

Our liability in connection with this site is governed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so is prohibited.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
